CATCH My Breath can be delivered through teacher-led lessons with peer-facilitated discussion groups throughout, following an implementation training, Everyone Health-led workshops, or a blended approach. Flexible training ensures educators feel confident delivering the curriculum.
The core programme and school resources may be provided free of charge where a local authority has commissioned CATCH My Breath for its schools. If your local authority has not purchased access, individual schools and multi‑academy trusts can purchase the programme and resources directly. Pricing varies depending on the delivery model and level of access required.
To check whether your school is covered by a local authority commission or to request pricing, please contact our team for more information.
