Programme Overview
CATCH My Breath UK delivers an evidence-based, curriculum-aligned vaping prevention programme tailored for UK primary schools. Adapted from the U.S. programme – proven to reduce childrens’ likelihood of vaping and implemented in more than 5,500 schools across the U.S, the UK version mirrors the same high-quality structure while aligning with UK education standards.
Our Offer Includes:
For pupils (Years 6):
- A series of four 45-minute evidence-based sessions, adapted to suit different year groups and delivered face-to-face
- Age-appropriate modules designed to build critical thinking, resilience, and refusal skills
- UK-aligned lesson content covering PSHE, health education, risk awareness, and vaping-related harms
- Choice of core lessons or SEND-adapted materials to ensure accessibility for all learners
- Engaging supplementary resources including videos, group activities, and guided discussions
- Access to a digital portal with additional learning materials and session content
For teachers and staff:
- Flexible train-the-trainer sessions (two 3-hour sessions) covering programme delivery, content, and supporting resources
- Delivered virtually or face-to-face to suit school needs
- Enables staff to confidently address vaping, misinformation, and social pressures
- Ongoing access to materials via the digital portal

All delivery staff are fully trained through a certified programme, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all sessions

Workshops

- Strategies to confidently say no
- Realistic scenarios and role play
